Marrick Eco-Estate Development

On the drawing board, awaiting final approval, are plans to develop approximately 400 hectares of Marrick into a 30- to 90-house eco-estate. While this new project has yet to be officially launched, an opportunity could soon exist for a select few parties to invest in a piece of this unspoiled African wilderness.

Marrick Eco-Estate will be developed in three phases, ultimately leading to the establishment of a secure, 90-house estate with unlimited access to 1400 hectares of reserve area plus restricted access to a further 1600 hectares.

The aim of this development will be to provide an eco-friendly, relaxing but secure housing alternative to like-minded individuals or groups who not only appreciate nature and are ardent advocates of Her preservation, but who also place exceptionally high value on the quality of life which Marrick Eco-Estate would offer the discerning investor. It will be the intention of Marrick Eco-Estate to provide a unique way of life close to nature, which it hopes to preserve for future generations.
